Your Free Surveys is a site that is great for beginners for the knowledge it gives you about paid surveys. They have an amazing forum and administrators that will allow you to greatly improve your knowledge about the survey taking experience. The survey part of their site is mediocre, and they seem to want to get you to sign up for a lot of other survey sites and get you to do offers more than anything. We will still give them the 9.5/10 rating because their top administrator-Heath, is very informative and she will personally see to all of your problems. Still it is a site that does pay you, even though the $30 minimum payout is fairly hard to reach. They have a unique referral system in that you earn $2 for each person you sign up and another $2 after they complete their first survey. The only downside to this is that they only allow you to do that for 3 referrals, so hopefully the 3 people that sign up under you will complete a survey. They are still one of our favorite sites and we highly recommend them.
