Your Free Surveys is a site that I really love for everything is has given me beyond the money.  They have an amazing forum and administrators that allowed me to greatly improve my knowledge about the survey taking experience.  The survey part of their site is ok, but they seem to want to get you to sign up for a lot of other survey sites and get you to do offers more than anything.  I'll admit that I haven't earned much with them just because they don't have that many surveys that are worth my time.  But I will still give them the 9.5/10 rating because their top administrator-Heath, is so informative that I am giving the rating all to her pretty much.  Still it is a site that does pay you, I haven't reached the $30 minimum payout yet, but I have no doubts whatsoever that they will pay up.  They have a unique referral system in that you earn $2 for each person you sign up and another $2 after they complete their first survey.  The only downside to this is that they only allow you to do that for 3 referrals, so hopefully the 3 people that sign up under you will complete a survey.  They are still one of my favorite sites and I will always recommend them.
