The most important thing to keep in mind about taking paid surveys is never, we repeat NEVER, by any means pay to become a member of a survey site.  We will never endorse a survey site that wants you to pay money for membership, because of the simple reason that we have never found a site credible enough to risk taking the chance.  Every site we recommend to you will not EVER ask you for any money or financial information (credit card number, bank account number, etc), they want only your time, and in return they will reward you.  All of the survey sites we have reviewed pay by cash in the forms of checks and/or deposits into PayPal accounts.  A good idea is to set up a separate email account, as places like Dollarsurveys.net are known to send spam.  We have a different email account set up at live.com, but yahoo.com, roadrunner.com and many other places provide easy access to email.  

Another thing you need to remember is that the surveys do take time before they come rolling in full stream.  That seems to be the biggest complaint we receive is that people sign up for places and do not get any surveys within a couple of days of signing up.  It takes time for these companies to recognize you; we recommend focusing on the sites that have Daily Surveys because they do not have to add you to a mailing list to complete them.  As soon as you fill out all of your member profiles for places and join a large amount of sites the surveys will start to appear in your inbox.  Currently, we receive no less than 30 invites a day for surveys and there is no way we can take all of them, so we just get to pick and choose which ones we want to take, and that is how to use your time efficiently and make the most money.
