I am sorry to admit it, but I did not keep up with E-Poll very well.  They have been around for as long as I have been taking surveys and I knew they were a legitimate site, but they used to only give you gift cards as a form of payment.  Now, I have found out they have offered PayPal for nearly a year!! The thing is, they are a great site too, initially starting out with sending you just one survey a week, but then building up to 2 a week in a relatively short time.  The best part, these surveys are some of the most fun and easiest to complete that you will find from any survey company.  They do have a weird points system, here's how it plays out:
$5 PayPal 3500 points
$10 PayPal 6750 points
$15 PayPal 9750 points
$20 PayPal 12500 points
$25 PayPal 15000 points
$30 PayPal 17250 points
Also, the average survey they send out is worth 500-3000 points, so you are looking at the 71.43 cents to $4.29 range for the surveys if you want to cash out at $5 PayPal, but if you are in it for the long haul, the value of the survey range jumps up to 86.96 cents to $5.22.  So, my advice would be if you need the quick cash then get your $5 PayPal early, but if you are going to stay for awhile, stick it out to the $30 range and you could make an average of about an extra $20 every 6 months (that's based on the amount of points I've made in the last 6 months).  A top site, free to join and legitimate in every aspect, E-Poll easily gets my stamp of approval.
